What does it cost to finish a basement?

Each basement is different, and can differ in the following ways:

The Basement Finish Process

  1. I will visit your home to discuss plans for your basement
  2. I am also a realtor and can offer suggestions to maximize your home’s market value
  3. I’ll draw a floorplan of the basement and offer suggestions for changes
  4. I will provide you with an estimate for your basement project
  5. We’ll discuss any modifications that you want to make to the project
  6. If we agree to move forward, the project will begin as soon as reasonably possible

We are often asked “Do you sub-contract the entire project to the least expensive contractors you can find?”  No, we do most of the work ourselves. We are there from the start of the project to the finish.
