  3. I’ll draw a floorplan of your basement and offer suggestions for improvement
  4. I provide an estimate of your basement project
  5. We’ll discuss any modifications to the project
  6. If we agree to move forward, the project will begin as soon as reasonably possible

We are often asked “Do you sub-contract the entire project to the least expensive contractors you can find?”  No, we do most of the work ourselves. We are there from the start of the project to the finish.
